Steps to Take Right Now
After reporting your card, take these steps to protect your account and reduce exposure.
Log in and review your transactions
Check online banking or the Pioneer app for any charges you don’t recognize. Report anything suspicious immediately.
Update saved payment methods
Update your card number anywhere you’ve saved it for autopay — subscriptions, utilities, and online retailers — once your replacement card arrives.
Set up transaction alerts
Enable real-time transaction alerts in the Pioneer app so you’re notified the moment any charge is made on your new card.
Change your online banking password
If you suspect your card was stolen — rather than simply lost — consider changing your online banking password as a precaution.
