Three Steps to Set It Up

Open the Pioneer app and tap Direct Deposit
Already a member? Everything you need is in the app — no calls, no waiting. The form is pre-filled with Pioneer’s name, address, and routing number.

Add your account number and sign
Enter your Pioneer checking account number (not your member number — see below) and sign the form. Take 60 seconds.

Hand it to HR or payroll
Save or print the completed form and give it to your employer’s payroll or HR contact. That’s it — your next eligible paycheck can land at Pioneer.

Update any autopay linked to your old account number.

Log in to each provider and update your payment method.

Confirm the first deposit landed — then close the old account
Wait until at least one full pay cycle clears at Pioneer before closing your previous account.
